* Printing name in the "Agree to Terms/Rules" indicates agreement and acceptance to payment terms and schedule forth according to Rules and Regulations and Payment Information. I agree that my registration fee payment is non-refundable unless an injury occurs or unexpected job change. Otherwise, it is my responsibility to find a replacement player and receive adjusted re-payment for any remaining games from this player. I agree to all of the rules in regards to fighting and improper actions (ejected) during a game and am aware that if such actions occur, I can be suspended for one game on first occurrence and rest of session for any subsequent occurrences.
